Welcome to The Fall Series

The next 10 weeks are going to be nothing short of life changing. You decided to take part in this for a reason, and whether it be to change your habits, strengthen your mind, get healthier, or become more fit than you’ve ever been in your life, you have everything you need to make that happen. The Fall Series is designed to help you hold yourself accountable to the things you want to achieve in your life. You are going to develop long-term habits and put in consistent effort toward the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of this series. Let’s f*cking do this.

Block Two

(October 14th - October 27th)

Focus: You deserve this.

The intention behind this Block is to know your own worth and act accordingly. We are so quick to hype up our friends, to see the good in our partners, and to clearly understand why it’s so important that the people we love take care of themselves. I want to you give yourself the love that you so willingly give to everyone around you. Over the next two weeks, we are acknowledging that we DESERVE to make time for our workouts. We DESERVE to speak to ourselves with kindness and look at ourselves with love. We DESERVE to set daily goals, to eat good food, and to do those little things that make us feel like we can take on the world. I want you to add this mantra to whatever one you’ve already set” “I deserve this.”

Please watch your Block Two Videos as soon as you can! The information in these is essential no matter when you joined the Gang or what program you are doing. These will go away when Block Three begins on October 28th.
