Mindful Intention Meditation

Welcome to our TFGG Mindful Intention Meditation! This is a self-guided meditation template that can be used however you like. Feel free to do the whole thing, or take out some sections and replace them with others that resonate with you more deeply. This was created for people who find their minds wandering during typical meditations, as it gives you something to intentionally focus on instead. This template was written from a combination of other practices that have worked well for me over the past few years and is by no means owned or invented by me.
