TFGG Accountability Check In

New to TFGG, you will be required to fill out the following form in order to take part in the Fall Series. It may seem tedious, but the goal is to hold you accountable and ensure you are putting in consistent work toward the things you truly care about. The truth is: motivation is fleeting, so it’s learning how to hold yourself accountable that truly matters.

You’ll notice that after the first few basic questions, you are not required to fill out any questions that you don’t want to or don’t feel comfortable with. Please answer in a way that feels right to you and your goals!

Give yourself 30 minutes, sit down, and be honest. All of your answers are 100% confidential, and will be seen by Johanna and no one else.
