Meet Your Game Plans

TFGG Game Plans provide light structure to help you understand how to eat in a way that makes you feel your best, and work toward your goals! Game Planks are NOT meal plans that are expected to be followed, but instead give give you guidance to understand how to put together nutritious and satisfying meals. There is no such thing as going “off your plan” since they are there for inspiration and support rather than to be followed exactly!

Please note that Game Plans are not for everyone! In these Game Plans we do talk about body composition (fat loss and muscle gain) in regards to caloric intake, and if that is something that is triggering to you in any way, or you do not align these topics, you can feel free to skip this resource. These Game Plans are not customized to your exact macronutrient needs, so please know you may need to play around with the serving sizes of the meal suggestions to find what works for you!
