The most important thing to know is that every session is customized to your needs. We provide exercise variations for each client's abilities and help you choose the right weights to challenge yourself but stay safe! We work with women who have never set foot in a gym before and can promise that you will be in good hands and supported wherever you are at.
Our job is to give you get as much coaching and feedback possible. We meet you where you're at no matter what.

We love and specialize in working with postpartum clients! As long as you have clearance from your Doctor and can comfortably complete daily tasks without pain, we will ease you into the program at your own pace, and show you how to safely build back your core strength.
Our Lead Trainers are pre and postnatal certified and love supporting clients on their pregnancy and postpartum fitness journey.

We know it can feel different to have a set training schedule, but it will make ALL the difference in your consistency and you will never go back. When you can do your workouts whenever, it almost always becomes never.
Please choose the schedule that is the closest fit for you, and know we can customize it to swap out any sessions with other days whenever needed.

Have fun!! We do everything we can to support our clients when you head out of town for work or for holidays.
Your Lead Trainer will provide you with as many vacation workouts as you need, and will customize them based on the equipment, space, and time you have available while away.

We want you to commit to consistency, not perfection. There is nothing wrong with missing a session here and there, but we want to support clients who are dedicated to their goals and willing to take 3 hours each week for themselves.
You are deserving of this experience, and we are here to support you with flexibility in scheduling and home workouts whenever needed!

You're in luck! Part of what we provide you with is the ability to add a fourth session into your schedule each week if you want one. This can be done at home, at a public gym, or at a 4th session with us.
This is by no means required in order to make incredible progress, but we want to support our clients who want the ability to do a little more.
