Welcome to your Week Map! I created this to help you feel organized, capable, and on your shit each week of this series!

These Week Maps are intended to be printed out and written on. There is a separate Map for each of the 10 weeks in the series. You can plug in everything from your workouts, to appointments, meals, grocery shopping, and anything else that helps you stay organized and on it.

Take 5 minutes to fill this out at the start of each week, and make yourself proud as you crush those daily goals!
