This is your $175.00 deposit toward your BYOB 8-Week Training Program!

Total Cost: $596.00

Upfront Payment remaining amount: $421.00

2-Part Payment remaining amount: 2 payments of $210.50 split up over the 8 week program

Program Dates: May 26th - July 18th

Location: The Gang Downtown (51 Heaton Ave / Second Floor)

This Program Includes:

  • One-on-one Goal Setting Session with your Lead Trainer to go over your fitness history and goals in all areas: health, daily habits, fitness performance, and body composition

  • 24 training sessions with your Lead & Support Trainer following a strategic training program customized to your needs

  • Lifting Seminar with your trainers and a Physiotherapist to learn how how to complete all lifts with proper form AND utilize your breath to properly strengthen your pelvic floor and repair abdominal separation

  • Gang Nutrition Education Course to learn how to shift your eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and achieve your body composition goals

  • Our Accountability Partner Program to help you stay consistent through the entire program and finish what you started

  • Personal support from your Lead Trainer outside of workouts via text and voice-note

  • Customized mobility routines, travel workouts, and additional programming to make sure you are always supported

  • Monthly Physio Sessions with our Gang Physiotherapist to learn how to release muscle tension, improve your movement patterns, and rehab injuries

  • Monthly Yoga Flows to help you unwind and connect to yourself both mentally and physically along with a special yoga flow for you and your little one at the end of the program

  • Wellness Day with our team of health experts who will teach you how to improve your hormone health, gut health, and dive deep into nutrition

  • A Wrap-up Celebration at the end of the program with food, drinks, and a huge party to celebrate together

  • A WhatsApp Chat with your BYOB friends and trainers for 24/7 support and accountability
