  • Lifting Seminar with your trainers to learn how how to complete all lifts with proper form AND utilize your breath to properly strengthen your pelvic floor and repair abdominal separation

  • Gang Nutrition Education Course to learn how to shift your eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and achieve your body composition goals

  • Our Accountability Partner Program to help you stay consistent through the entire program and finish what you started
