What is Fit Gang Summer?

⇨ a 4-week progressive overload program to get you fit as hell from home or the lake in under 35 minutes per workout

You’ll Get:

⇨ 16 virtual training sessions led by Johanna to help you build strength, improve your fitness level and feel better in your body

⇨ a live 90 minute Nutrition Seminar to make enjoying your summer easy while you work toward your nutrition and body composition goals (this will be saved for you to come back to anytime)

⇨ 20x delicious high protein recipes to make everything from food prep to hosting feel fun and easy

⇨ a Fit Gang Summer Accountability group to help make sure you stay committed to your goals and finish the month proud

⇨ a live Physio Workshop with Jill to learn how to release tension and properly care for your body to prevent injury and move better (this will be saved for you to come back to anytime)

Training Schedule:

⇨ 4 workouts each week that are under 35 minutes each! We’re keeping things as efficient and effective as possible

⇨ All workouts will be recorded live with Jo, but also saved so you can do them on your own schedule

Equipment Needed:

⇨ A glute band and any dumbbells or kettlebells you can get your hands on! This is a progressive overload program that does not require much equipment, but the more the merrier
