Gang Training Program: Registration Deposit
This is your $198.00 deposit toward your Gang 14-week Training Program Registration!
Total program cost: $996.00
Remaining due after Deposit: $798.00
Your remaining payment will be due on September 4th, 2026
If you choose Upfront Payment: remaining is discounted to $774.00
If you choose 2-Part Payment: remaining is discounted to 2 payments of $387.00 split up over the 14 week program
If you choose the Bi-Weekly Payment Plan: $114.00 / second week once the program starts
This Program Includes:
→ 42 sessions with your trainer to transform your confidence, strength, endurance, and overall fitness level
→ One-on-one Goal Setting Session with your trainer to go over your fitness history and goals in all areas: health, daily habits, fitness performance, and body composition
→ Personal support from your trainer outside of the gym via text and voice-note
→ Mobility routines, travel workouts, and additional programming to make sure you have everything you need in the gym and out of it
→ A lifting seminar to learn proper technique and ensure you get the most out of your workouts while training safely and effectively
→ Gang Nutrition Education Course to learn how to shift your eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and achieve your body composition goals
→ Wellness Day with our team of health experts who will teach you how to improve your hormone health, gut health, and dive deep into mental health & habits
→ Monthly Physio Sessions with our Gang Physiotherapist to learn how to release muscle tension, improve your movement patterns, and rehab injuries
→ In-person Nutrition Workshops at each gym with Olivia & Jo to answer your questions and help you come up with a nutrition game plan that works for your life
→ Joyful Movement Day for Gang Clients to have fun moving your body and learn a new activity or sport with your friends
→ The Gang Method to help you stay on top of your health and habits outside the gym
→ Monthly relaxation yoga flows at each of our Gang gyms to help you de-stress and feel at peace in your body and mind
→ Our Accountability Partner Program to help you stay consistent through the entire program and finish what you started
→ Hundreds of delicious, healthy recipes and weekly menu ideas for all nutritional preferences, in an easy to search database so you always know what to make
→ A WhatsApp Chat with your Gang friends and trainers for 24/7 support & accountability
→ The option for a fourth workout at the gym each week if you want and are ready for that (there is no pressure to take this on) along with weekly scheduled “make-up workouts” in case you miss your regular session
→ A Wrap-up Celebration at the end of the program with food, drinks, and a huge party to celebrate together
