What to expect:

  • learn how to properly trigger point release and use foam rollers to improve your mobility and eliminate pain

  • level up your gang training with better movement so you can get more out of each lift

  • Build on skills you’ve previously learned from Jill if you attended the last physio workshop!

  • our goal is to help you learn how to prevent injury though quick and effective routines that you can do at the start of each training session or from home!

Note: there are limited spots available. Please only register if you know you can make it!
