


Gang Yoga Flow
Welcome to our March Gang Flow✨
Where: The Gang Fitness Club (1224 Chevrier Blvd)
When: Sunday, March 16th from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
What to expect:
This is a 60-minute mindful movement for Gang Clients led by Ash Bourgeois
Ash has completed over a thousand hours of training and has over 8000 hours of teaching experience. She focuses on yoga therapeutics within the field of mental health and integrates mindfulness, breathwork and movement. Her intention is to create a practice that is invitational, and allows all of us to feel at home in our bodies.
Please Bring:

✨cozy clothes

Please arrive to The Gang Fitness Club 10 minutes beforehand to get set up and comfortable before we get started.
